Processing & Shipping Times
Each product is uniquely designed and made to order. We aim to ship all orders within 7 days of purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Refunds & Returns
Because every product is custom-made with your image and details, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or customer-provided errors.

However, if there is an error on our end—for example, incorrect printing, wrong design, or damage caused during production—we will either:

• Recreate and ship a replacement at no cost to you, or
• Provide a full refund, depending on your preference.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if there’s an issue so we can resolve it promptly.
