Processing & Shipping Times
Each product is uniquely designed and made to order. We aim to ship all orders within 7 days of purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Refunds & Returns
Because every product is custom-made with your image and details, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or customer-provided errors. As all our products are personalised, they are exempt from standard return rights under UK consumer law.

However, if there is an error on our end — such as incorrect printing, wrong design, or damage during production — we will either:

  • Recreate and ship a replacement at no cost to you, or

  • Provide a full refund, depending on your preference.

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it with clear photos of the damage so we can resolve it promptly. We may ask for additional photos or details to help our team investigate.

Order Edits & Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after being placed. If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us within 24 hours. After this period, we may not be able to modify or cancel your order.
